Refund policy
We get it, sometimes you change your mind - and because of that, we want to make sure you're 100% happy with everything you've purchased from RURU LIESE.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed.
If your return is approved and you receive your return label, you have 14 days, from the day the label is created, to drop your package in the mail. After 14 days, your label will expire and a new one will need to be requested, at which time, you are no longer eligible for a refund, and only a store credit will be issued for your return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ruruliese.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Flat-rate shipping for returns is $8.00 and will be deducted from the total owed from the return. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be initiated and take 7-10 business days to show on your original form of payment.

Damages and issues
Things happen! If you think you received the wrong item or something isn't quite right in the first 30 days of your purchase, reach out & we'll do our best to make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are free and you do not have to pay for the shipping back to us nor for the shipping of your new item. We'll credit your account as soon as the initial return is accepted, which will show in your account.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Final Sale Items
Items marked down more than 25% are final sale. Clearance items are non-returnable and exchangeable. Clearance pricing cannot be combined with any other discount offers.
